Hi there, i am just now putting a screensaver for a long term customer together. After convincing the customer to use iScreensaver i find out there is no other transition for SWF files then “CUT”. Is this the case?

Hello. Yes, in version 4.x of the software, the only transition available for Movie files (Videos) and Flash (SWF) files is the Cut transition.
If you have the ability to edit the content of the video or SWF assets, you could build in a fade up and fade down to the background color inside the file itself, which would have a similar effect.
