Disable the "Aero Glass warning" for XP/Vista/7

When you install iScreensaver 4 on a user’s machine, if that machine does not have Aero Glass enabled, you will see an advisory message of this fact. This is because without Aero Glass, windows does not support 3D windowing with transparency, and as a result some cases of flicker may be seen with overlays.

A customer has suggested that authors should be able to disable this message if desired.
